Professional Bio & Elevator Pitch Workbook
Craft three versions of your professional bio and a 30-second elevator pitch using proven formulas. These become your go-to assets for websites, social profiles, introductions, and networking.
“Your bio isn’t a résumé. It’s a story that makes someone want to work with you.”
Bio Building Blocks
Before writing, gather your raw materials. These six elements are the ingredients for all three bio versions.
Long Bio
150–200 words. For your website About page, professional directories, and speaking submissions.
Credential + Who You Help + Transformation + Personal Touch
Short Bio
50–75 words. For social media profiles, guest author boxes, and podcast introductions. Keep the core message — cut the personal story.
Micro Bio
1–2 sentences. For email signatures, quick introductions, and character-limited profiles. Make every word earn its spot.
Elevator Pitch
A natural-sounding 30-second introduction. Not a sales pitch — a clear, confident answer to “So what do you do?”
“I help [audience] who struggle with [problem] to [outcome] through [approach]—without [common fear].”
Record yourself saying this at least 3 times. Listen back. If anything sounds scripted, rewrite it in the way you’d say it to a friend at a coffee shop.

I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) certified through the Nutritional Therapy Association, specializing in digestive health for adults who’ve been told “just eat more fiber” one too many times. My clients are women and men ages 25–55 dealing with chronic bloating, food sensitivities, and unpredictable digestion that’s taken over their daily life. Through personalized nutrition assessments, targeted elimination protocols, and whole-food wellness plans built around your actual life (not a textbook), I help clients understand what’s driving their symptoms and build eating habits that make their gut feel normal again. My approach is bio-individual and food-first — because there’s no one-size-fits-all fix for digestion. Before becoming an NTP, I spent years managing my own chronic digestive issues through nutrition, which is exactly why I do this work. I see clients virtually and in person in Portland, Oregon.

I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach helping busy professional women ages 30–50 who are exhausted by diet culture and ready for an approach that actually fits their life. My clients are smart, ambitious women juggling careers, families, and their own wellbeing — and they’re done with restrictive plans that work for two weeks then fall apart. I offer one-on-one coaching, personalized meal planning guidance, and habit-building strategies grounded in integrative nutrition and behavior change science. My approach treats food, stress, career, and relationships as connected pieces of the same puzzle. I became a health coach after watching my own health deteriorate under the pressure of a demanding corporate career — and discovering that real wellness isn’t about eating perfectly, it’s about building sustainable habits that support the life you actually want. I work with clients virtually from Austin, Texas.
Certified IIN Health Coach helping busy professional women ditch diet culture and build sustainable eating habits that fit their real lives. I combine nutrition guidance with behavior change coaching, because wellness isn’t just about food — it’s about the whole picture.

I’m a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist (BCHN) through the NANP, with additional training in functional nutrition and clinical herbalism. I work with adults navigating complex health challenges — autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, chronic fatigue, and metabolic concerns — who are looking for root-cause answers, not just symptom management. My services include comprehensive nutritional assessments, individualized therapeutic protocols, targeted supplementation plans, and food-as-medicine strategies. I use a functional nutrition framework: evaluating the whole person — digestion, detoxification, immune function, hormonal balance, and nutrient status — to create recommendations that address what’s actually driving the problem. My path to functional nutrition started with my own autoimmune diagnosis and the realization that conventional approaches weren’t asking the right questions. I serve clients locally in Denver and as distance clients nationwide.
